NOA – Online Return, Exchange & Pickup Policy

1. General Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit or an exchange.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or for customized clothing.


2. Customized Clothing Policy

All customized clothing orders take 1–3 weeks for processing and production.

Customized clothing cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, as these pieces are made-to-order.

Please double-check your measurements and requirements before placing a customized order.


3. Conditions for Return / Exchange

We kindly ask that the following conditions are met for your item to be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags and labels must be attached.
  • There must be no marks, stains, or odours (e.g., perfume, deodorant, or body powder).
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided.

Note: If the product does not meet these conditions, it will be returned to you, and shipping costs will apply.


4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Us

Provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return or exchange

Step 2: Returning the Item

Option 1 – NOA Pickup (Recommended)

  • After your request is approved, we will arrange a courier to collect the package from your location.
  • A return service charge of Rs.380/- will apply.
  • Make sure the item is securely packed and clearly labeled with:
    • Order number
    • Name and contact number
    • Item code and size

Option 2 – Use Your Own Courier
You may return the item through a courier service of your choice to the following address:

Please ensure:

  • The package is properly sealed to prevent damage
  • All return details are clearly mentioned on the parcel
  • You retain the courier tracking number as proof of dispatch

Step 3: Store Credit Issuance

  • Once we receive the item and it passes quality inspection, we will issue store credit to your NOA account within 5–7 working days.
  • You will be notified once your credit is active and ready to use.
  • This credit can be used to purchase any product from our future or current collections.

5. PickMe Flash Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to receive your exchange product quickly (same day), you can arrange to send the return item via PickMe Flash to our store.
  • Once received and approved, we will send the replacement item back to you via PickMe Flash.
  • PickMe Flash charges (both sending and receiving) must be paid by the customer. NOA will not cover these charges unless discussed otherwise
  • If you prefer a normal exchange process, you may:
    • Use our courier service (Rs.380/- service charge applies), OR
    • Arrange your own courier to send the item.

6. Important Notes

  • We cannot accept return or exchange requests made after 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per item. Previously exchanged items are not eligible for another exchange.
  • Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • NOA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit if not handled via our approved courier service.
