We offer both local and international delivery services.
Once your order is confirmed, our team will process and dispatch it within the specified time frame communicated during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier availability. Noa is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services or customs procedures.
You may also collect your orders in person at La Luna, Colombo 04, after confirmation.
● RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Noa purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
● Returns are accepted for store credit only.
● Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
● Once approved, Noa will arrange pickup of the returning items.
Returns are not accepted for customized or sale items.
● ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is made.
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order immediately, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
● PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Occasionally, we may offer special promotions or discount codes.
All promotions are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined with other offers.
